Allen founded Thomas Law Firm Incorporated in 1989 after a seven-year tenure with Smith & Thomas in Long Beach, California. A Long Beach native, Allen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at California State University, Long Beach and his Juris Doctor at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
