Our Story

Thomas Law Firm Incorporated was launched in 1989 by Allen L. Thomas after his seven-year tenure at Smith & Thomas in Long Beach, California.  While an attorney at Smith & Thomas, Allen experienced all facets of litigation, transactional law, appellate work, administrative hearings, and many other areas of the practice of law.  This experience provides the bedrock for Thomas Law Firm to effectively provide legal services to its clients in many different legal fields.

Thomas Law Firm’s attorneys have combined experience of over 141 years in a multitude of complex and varied legal fields.  The firm’s primary emphasis is in the defense of public entities and corporations in state and federal court including appellate courts.  The attorneys are seasoned in all phases of litigation to provide the hands-on legal skills necessary for successful resolution of a legal matter.  The practice also involves providing legal advice and representation to numerous non-profit corporations throughout California as well as providing legal representation to individuals in personal injury matters.
